My Story

After retiring in 2019, I began Nubian Necessities by Lady Kay with fragrance oils. Aromatherapy became a meaningful part of my self-care. Scents can bring back memories and help set the mood for a moment, whether I want to feel refreshed or simply take a pause.

I also wanted an alternative to alcohol-based perfumes that didn’t work for me. My granddaughter’s sensitive skin later inspired me to explore handmade creams, butters, and other personal care products. My faith guides the care and intention I bring to this business.
